Stuart Rutherford is Director for Water and Food Policy at the European Crop Protection Association, primarily managing water policy together with food residues issues and related relations with EU and other international bodies and stakeholders.
Stuart previously worked for Hercules, a US specialty chemical company, in the regulatory function supporting industrial cooling water and waste water treatment, as well as paper chemicals and paper process chemicals. Prior to that Stuart worked in consultancy in Brussels covering environment, health and safety, technical standards and transport policy for a variety of clients from the automotive, chemical, and energy sectors.
