wca are proud to be an employee owned company and Employee Ownership Day is celebrated annually across the UK; this year’s celebrations on 23rd June will be as important as ever.
The Employee Ownership Association are busy raising the profile of employee ownership with a range of activities planned for Friday to showcase the impact employee ownership has on employees, business, the wider economy, communities and the environment.
Meanwhile, closer to home, wca’s celebration of employee ownership day is likely to be a little quieter, with everyone working hard to make sure we get our projects out to clients before the summer holidays. Nonetheless, we will make sure that we take time to reflect on our employee ownership journey this year, with recruitment of a new Independent Trustee, and on the potential future opportunities arising from our cherished company structure.
